The chemical ecology project is designed to link chemistry to the real world.  It incorporates the students’ knowledge of chemical compound properties to the animals’ survival in their native environment.

The nanoscience paper is an example of assignments that are designed to engage the students’ inquiry regarding the latest technologies in the field of chemistry.
