Performance Standard 2: Instructional Planning The teacher plans using the
Virginia Standards of Learning, the school’s curriculum, effective
strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all students. The
syllabus conveys the standards of the subject area and the techniques used to
adhere to the school’s curriculum and the VA Standards of Learning. The
